He was conceived in 1928 in Hong Kong. He was charged into the Punjab Regiment, in 1950. On 6 September 1965, as an issue Commander in the Burki territory of the Lahore division, Major Raja Aziz Bhatti decided to stay with his forward company under perpetual cannons and tank assaults for five days and nights in the guard of the vital BRB Canal.
